M-Jay Glory has a new home ! 11-7-10  Congrats to Shane Naylor and her sister Lea Harrison who are both very excited    to have such a flashy little man to start training. Watch out for him in the spring.
M-Jay Windswept went to her first show today (11-7-10) since ASH Nationals as a Galloway Her plaits weren't good as
her name is only 1 inch long. However she won her open 14.2h 15h class. Unfortunately in Champion we had to canter from
the halt -oops always next time. Clayton rode his beautiful Cola and is going
like a Champion even the judge thought so. He came home with 2 Reserves.

NORTHERN BRANCH ASH SHOW OCT 09 Great Facilities Lousy views from an exhibitor. The Show ran great but I      would not be going back too quickly. M-Jay Fortune won is Hack class 2nd in the led 3rd in the working 2nd in the            ASHLA.M-Jay Forte 2nd in his colt class against many beautiful colts and 2nd in the futurity again great Yearlings.            However I have to say the star of my group was M-Jay Windswept, she had only had 8 rides and was called in 1st placed   3rd out of 38 horses. She placed 2nd in the ridden Hack Futurity and 3rd in the led Futurity. I am still waiting for her to  realise that I am on her back. Poor Martin held horses outside the ring all weekend and missed every class.

It took us 12 hours to get to Warwick. Horses and gooseneck travelled well. The days were lovely but the nights

Melbourne Royal, Jan 2009 26/1/09
Well we made it home safely, thank goodness.
With the wind hitting Werribee at 100 KL the day before we were to compete the weather was not looking good, come Fri morning you could not of asked for a better day the ASH ring kicked of at 8am with Judge Toni Bull (NSW) Win D Fortitude was up first winning a very strong class of 8 Stallions then he went on to be sashed ASH Champion Stallion, M Jay Fortune was up next only to win his class and then Reserve ASH Led Gelding, M Jay Madison owned by Susannah Neimi & James Turner, and M Jay Forget Me Not owned by Tony Donovan and Annie McLean presented proudly for their royal wins.
The first ridden class was ASHLA with Melise and Win D Fortitude taking the first place, Melise dominated the ridden with the Stallion and Gelding winning each of there ridden and Win D Fortitude sashed Champion Ridden ASH. Melise started over in the Show Hunter ring for Win D Fortitude results click here  for the rest of M -Jay's results  click here for more Details on results page.

On the day we were leaving for Melbourne Royal - Vehicle accident  19/1/09
On behalf of Melise Tuma Webb and her family, I would like to thank all of her Friends and Well Wishers
who have expressed their concerns following an horrific fatal accident. The team from M-Jay Australian
Stock Horse Stud were on the first leg of their trip from Wilberforce NSW to Melbourne Summer Royal when
a disqualified driver collided with the stud's gooseneck. Melise was travelling with her Mum Bev, Eldest son
Mitchell and good friend Sandra Thompson with four of the best horses from the stud  - Win D Fortitude,
MJay Fortune, MJay Windswept and AriSan Park Alcitrine on board. Sandra and Melise's best attempts to
sustain the man's life failed after the paramedics arrived and he died at the scene.

The horses were inspected by a vet, amazed to have escaped injury and were transported safely home by
her husband Martin and I. Melise and passengers were released from hospital after check up and all clear.
With the strong constitution of a true 'horsey girl' ... rested, rescheduled and re packed into my float, Melise
and I set off 2 days later, with Win D Fortitude and MJay Fortune in tow. With 100km winds sweeping
Werribee National Equestrian Centre on our preparation day -  show day the skies were clear blue for
Win D Fortitude to make his presence known, winning no less than 8 Royal ribbons all in the right colour.
Mjay Fortune taking 5 for himself. Melise taking the prestigious ASHLA turnout trophy on the stallion.

A great show was had all to the tune of much laughter and friendship and all arrived safely home last night. Thank you again to all for their phone calls, emails and messages - when is the next show! Michelle Pennie
